1. Introduction

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your account

4. Use of Services

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Disrupt or interfere with service functionality

5. Financial Transactions

  • All transactions are subject to verification and regulatory compliance
  • The Bank reserves the right to delay, decline, or reverse transactions where necessary
  • Applicable fees and charges will be disclosed where required

6. Compliance with Laws

You agree to comply with:

  • Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws
  • Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements
  • All applicable financial regulations in Nigeria

7. Data Protection & Privacy

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • The Bank shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services

9. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You breach these Terms
  • We are required to do so by law or regulatory authorities
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected

10. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials on our platforms remain the property of SEAL Microfinance Bank and may not be used without permission.

11. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
